BLISTER DIES OR HIGH RULE DIES
The thermoformed blister are used in various industries like pharmaceutical ,food and automobile industries. These process are carried out by forming a sheet in to desired forms by a special processes called thermoforming with mould. Our dies can cut and separate these forming to make a final shape to pack the products. These dies are 100% customisable with shapes and sizes of height and thickness of rules. From 30 mm to 100 mm the blades are available in 10 mm incremental .Welding can also be done on the joints to avoid the gap free cutting in flush cutting dies.
BRAILLE
a form of written language for blind people, in which characters are represented by patterns of raised dots that are felt with the fingertips. We manufacture male and female blocks for making braille dots in duplex boars as per international standards.

FOILING BLOCKS
Foil blocking, typically a commercial print process now, is the application of pigment or metallic foil to paper where a heated die (engraved metal piece) is stamped onto the foil, making it adhere to the surface and leaving the design of the die on the paper. These blocks are supplied in Either Magnesium or Brass.
PERTINAX
The material of pertinax counter plate is a composite resin plate, which is used as female mould opposite to the creasing blade in cutting die and at the bottom of the die cutting machine table. Its function is to make the packaging products more perfect during die cutting by leaving the prominent crease channel width. unlike the matrix strips it reduces the make ready time and the running life is more than 5 times.
